Whistleblowing ITAflon®

ITAflon S.r.l. has adopted the “Procedure for the Handling of Reports of Malfeasance and the Protection of the Whistleblower (so-called Whistleblowing),”
drafted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 , which entirely revised the regulations on whistleblowing.

Who can send reports?
Reports can be sent by individuals inside or outside the organization, such as employees, collaborators, self-employed,
trainees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders or persons with administrative or control functions of the Company.

What can be reported?
Reports, which should be as detailed as possible, concern violations of law that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, such as the commission of a corrupt act or the violation of occupational or environmental health and safety regulations.
These are not whistleblowing reports and will not , therefore, be taken into consideration:

• Complaints, claims or personal requests related to one’s employment relationship (to be sent to the appropriate Personnel functions )
• Claims related to defects in products sold and services rendered by the Company

How to report?
The internal reporting channel should be used as a priority. For sending written reports, oral reports or for requesting a meeting with the report handler, it is necessary to access the platform Whistleblowing Portal, provided by AGM Solutions, via direct link from the dedicated section of the company ‘s website: click here.

Who is the reporting manager?
Reports submitted through this portal will be received and handled by the Supervisory Board appointed pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 (an autonomous and independent body), which will treat the data of the reporter and the information received with the utmost confidentiality and conduct any necessary verification in order to ascertain the contents of the report.
